Harrisonburg, here we come!

Today is the day!

A group of us will head on down to Harrisonburg VA to the Horizons Edge sports complex! For the 56th iteration of the USA archery Indoor National Tournament hosted by James Maddison University Archery.

This has become a special place for me.

This venue marked the return of Kaitlyn to National competition 4 years ago and the place where she Met her future collegiate team mates on the archery field of battle!

It will also mark my return, this year, to the National Tournament.

Am I ready?

NO!!!

Am I excited for a fun weekend of shooting? Seeing new and old friends? And coaching?

Oh HELL YEAH!

OH.... And there is the Buffet....

I am shooting pretty well despite the pain. Last night I shot my best league score ever. I was pretty dialed in.

The very worst shot. My mind got me. I should have let down but it settled down.

And when it broke? I thought it was a 7

I mean... thats where the pin floated.

But I caught the 9 line pretty solid.

I cannot say enough about this Supra RTX

I have not had a bow this forgiving since my Hoyt ProTec LXpro with the shoot through strings and accu wheels.

This PSE is a dream.

The progress I have made in a short time, has me excited for next indoor season already!

My goal was to podium this year.

While it seems a far reach this year, and abit lofty of a goal.

I am sure if I keep going. I'll get it next year

But don't count me out for this year!

I am going all in and will do my best to make 120 good shots the next few days.

I can't wait to see the Muskies

I can't wait to see Rachel and Tori officially sign with the team.

Heck... i can't wait for a crazy piece of snack bar pizza!

Rachel is shooting JOAD Nats tonight.
